Independent Broking Solutions Limited (IBS) is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number 312026. Broker at Lloyd’s number 1179.

It is 100% owned by Independent Services Group Limited and its Chief Executive Office is Nick Readings. 


IBS provides a full range of broking and corporate services to its clients who are either Appointed Representatives or MGAs.

IBS has 23 Appointed Representatives in its internal Network and currently handles in excess of US$200 million in gross written premium.


IBS does not trade for its own retained account.
